Julio Maldonado, JD, M&AMI, CBI President Julio founded Profit Wisdom Corporation in 2001 with a vision of building a company aimed towards promoting small business ownership. He saw that Staten Island business owners were not given any professional service in the area of business sales and has witnessed how the lack of knowledge, education, and preparation has hurt those who have purchased companies; there is virtually little and/or limited education available on how the real world of small business functions in our colleges and universities. Julio has been in sales since his college days. He has a BA in Forensic psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a JD from Fordham University School of Law. He has also received the Certified Business Intermediary Certificate, a professional designation from the International Business Brokers' Association and the Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary. Sam Maldonado, M&AMI, CBI Vice-President Sam joined Julio in 2002 as a partner of the firm and quickly took the responsibility of building a comprehensive and practical marketing system for the firm. Sam also has a unique sales background. In 2000, Sam received his series 7 & 63 designations and began trading and selling stocks for a well known Brokerage house in NYC and also traded in their Long Island branch. His experience as a stockbroker gave him a keen understanding of the sales and marketing processes. In 2002, Sam left the firm because he wanted to apply his skills to a marketplace that was under served. Thus, the arena of business sales is perfect for him and he quickly gravitated towards the business. Sam currently completed his Certified Business Intermediary Certificate (CBI) from the International Business Brokers' Association and Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermeary (M&AMI). Randy Ashenfarb, MA, CBI Business Broker/Analyst Randy has 8 years experience as an educator and close to 15 years experience as a sales professional and trainer. He was a successful Stockbroker for 10 years and has ran sales departments for both an engineering and athletics promotions company. He has a B.A. in Psychology and Education from Wilkes College in Pennsylvania and an M.A. in Education from the College of Staten Island. Randy has displayed a tremendous amount of versatility and people skills during his professional work life. As a teacher, he worked with disabled kids, while as a stock broker, he worked with clients worth millions of dollars. Randy believes in business ownership; this is a belief that has led him to have early success as a full time business broker. He also believes that the key to success in any entrepreneurial venture is 100% total commitment.

George Carhart Business Broker/Analyst George has a over 30 years of Overall Investment Banking experience and over 15 years experience as an owner of a Broker-Dealer Firm. Further he holds a B.A in Liberal Arts from Brooklyn College. His expertise is in Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions. As an investment banker he financed dozens of private placements and facilitated several major mergers and acquisitions of both small and large public companies. After a brief stint in retirement, George joined Profit Wisdom for the purpose of applying his experience to the small and middle market business sector. As a business broker analyst George has already been involved in several transactions ranging from $200,000 in to $8,000,000 in price. Greg Gelman Business Broker/Analyst Greg has 15 years of experience as a Business-Finance Manager in the automotive industry. He was born and raised in Russia and overcame many obstacles to migrate to America over 25 years ago. He graduated from Kiev University of Sports, majoring in Kinesiology and Sport Psychology. One of his greatest achievements during his school years was breaking a Junior State Record in Track & Field. That accomplishment has set the standard for his business career. Arnie has a B.A. in Health & Physical Education from Long Island University and a M.A. in Education from Brooklyn College. As a teacher Arnie was a supervisor for 2 years operating a satellite school as an educator and business owner. His skills have been an asset in his role as a Business Broker/Analyst.
